Contracters are wanted to rebuild the port, airbase, and fort that were all damaged in the strike. Our AA system also clearly needs an update as the enemy airforce was able to get through to their targets, even though many were shot down. We have already found a storefront to replace our navy and airforce and to update our Special Forces' equipment.

We can supply several million towards the efforts, and a large labour force. The labour force cost to Nanakland will be a max of 500,000 as the Artitsan government is covering the rest, including materials. Just direct them what to build and they shall. These are the engineers that designed and built our great defencive wall.

We thank you all for your supports and we will let all of the contracters work - it will take that much effort to rebuild Nanakaland's largest city and the nearby base of the Nanakaland Navy and Airforce. We also need to increase the security on the Nanakaland National Highway, the road that leads from Port Nanaka to Nanakapolis (the capital) to prevent a future invasion that may be more successful.

Might I suggest installing our special close-in weapons systems on your port?
We have five advanced packages
The first consits of (1) 30mm Vulcan CIWS and (4) FIM-92X stingers mounted in a turret which uses radar, FLIR and optical guidance systems

The second contains the same guidance options as the first but has dual 30mm vulcan guns and no missiles.

The third is much like the first but instead uses a 20mm Vulcan gun system.

The fourth is a dual 40mm Modifed Bofors cannon AA system which uses timed fragmenting rounds to take on air targets and sea skimming missiles.
The targeting system judges the aprox range to target and as the round leaves the muzzle the fuze is programed and the 40mm shells fragment when they near their target.

The fith is theTHEL system. THEL stands for Tactical High-Energy Laser. A chemical laser, paired with a mult -spectrum targeting system (LiDAR, RADAR,SoNAR,FLIR and Manual Optical) It heats incoming missiles and aircraft engines causing them to explode before theyt reach thier target.

Depending on how many of each system you want and the installation locations, we could build them for you at a reasonable cost.

We would need your workers to build a series of defencive checkpoints and walls on the Nanakaland National Highway to protect Nanakapolis and Port Nanaka. We would also need to rebuild Fort Duty, near Port Nanaka.

HM is crippled with the last wave. He can't attack us any more, therefore, we don't have to attack him. HM's economy is based on military and now that his military is nearly gone, he is crippled enough.

EDIT: A mercenary nation gets its money from renting its military. Once defeated, it is nearly impossible for them to make a comeback.

Ferrussian Construction International, Inc. (FCI) would be interested in the contract for either major port facilities or the reconstruction of military bases in the area. Permission to temporarily hire Nanakaland citizens would be required, but many of our construction and design experts would be flown in. We are willing to settle for a "lump sum" agreement, where you pay FCI a flat sum, and we take care of the building materials costs, labor, etc.

2% is a very low interest rate, you will rarely find anything lower. Furthermore, our country isn't exactly an economic powerhouse, we can't spare too much; 5 billion dollars on loan are 5 billion dollars we cannot use for the time being.

Your loan is flawed. Why would I want to pay a nation back when I have allies that are actually heliping? When my allies give me money, I don't forget it. I will pay my allies back with help (both military and economy) if they ever get attacked.
