I, The Lord-Regent of Byzantinople, have decided to take it upon myself to end the acts of terrorism that have been perpetrated against the nations of The Balkans by the Dominion Reborn and its lackeys in the Commonality.

For those of you who don’t know what is going on I will give you a summery: The Dominion Reborn is the former government of The New Commonwealth. After a bloody civil war, The Dominion was ousted and replaced with a democratic government. Several Dominion officials escaped into the mountains where they formed a terrorist group known as the Commonality. The Dominion Reborn and a few other nations have been sending suicide bombers, launching missiles, and assassinating Balkan leaders.

It is because of this that Byzantinople declares total war against The Dominion Reborn, Pimp Dady0, and Moldoveanu.

(OOC: I might be wrong about some of the details of the Dominion, so you might want to contact the New Commonwealth to get the whole truth.)

The Dominion Reborn is outraged at Byzantinople's blatant aggression and belligerent declaration of war. We will use whatever resources are necessary to repulse your ill-begotten invasion. Mark my words, you will pay for your crimes here today.

Again, Byzantinople, this has been an unilateral and uncalled decition. We will not take part of it until motives are clear. Not just because of menace. Thats not our way to proceed.

We have been at war with them since I joined the region, you just haven’t noticed apparently. The assassinations and terrorism. If you wont support me then I'm sure there are others who will.

The Minister of war stepped up onto the small podium and looked straight into the cameras.

"It has been decided that the escalating tensions between the Balkans and The Commanality must be resolved. Military options seems immiment, therefore the Imperial Yayo Dominion of Diminix has decided to neither support the Balkans or the Commanlity."

Reporters shocked in awe as they jumped up trying to ask questions but the minister walked out of the room too quickly.

As this is happening in our own back yard, it conserns us a great deal.

Bokaslavia declares its Nutrality. The military has been put on Red 3, there are constant fighter sorties flown around the boarders.

Montfortslavia as the biggest military force in the region of The Balkans, has innitiated air strikes against the Commonality-

Due to the recent activity, the military has been upgraded to RED 1. THe second largest military in the region is ready for action. The fleets are ready to sail....

(ooc: i thought this was going to be pretty advanced..since i had no good conection since saturday...but, oh, well, back to my point)

The Transcitional Kingdom-Empire of Byzanthine, already at war with the insurgent elements of The Domion Reborn, supports the war. The attack of our ambassy in The Consulate of Xandria one month ago and several actions that followed them, including an attempt of assasination during The Second Leidestrad Peace Summit held in The Balkans Region ( discovered and halted by the joint efforts of New Commonwealth, Leidestrad and myself) and others are considered both a declaration of war and an agression against Byzanthine and The Balkans.

This decition has been taken by our King-Emperor Franciscus Reginaldus, with the full support of the senate and the population of Byzanthine. However, for the moment, we will not proceed to armed actions against the commonality, even throught our armed forces are under alert and awaiting instructions. Our Rapid-Reaction-Forces, Byzanthine Red Army, is waiting fully prepared for instructions. Our fleet is dispersed on the region to quickly react against any threat.

We will prefer to first fully try any other way. war is the last resource, always.
