Well,that won't get you very far.A good modern tech vehicle costs 30 mil.Space capable vehicles(Like fighters or a frigate)run up in the 100mil-somewhere in the billions.
We'll give you a ride to space for that much.

heh actually an UNMANNED modern tech EXPENDABLE launchvehicle runs from about 70 million up, if your talking in terms of US modern tech.
Was for $1 million(US) You are talking about research, and infrastrucure, etc.
Spend your money on a nice airplane.
