The Region of Northridge's WMD Stance
One of our nations has recently came across an amount of plutonium. We are currently Mining the area for more. At the current time we have only began the process of creating the nuclear weapons. Any concerns or questions telegram or post to me.
So you found an amount of a material which is CREATED, not found? Plutonium is artificial. *sigh*

I actually snuck over there last night, buried some plutonium and ran away after tipping a few cows..
