We, the government of La Christiania, are announcing to the world the construction of a nuclear power plant on Christianian soil. This has been in the works for about a month and a half now (RL time), and we hope that no one is alarmed by this. Our purposes for doing so are only for the purposes of supplying energy to our people, and we have not actively pursued any WMD programs in the past, nor do we have any intention of doing so any time soon.
