Be that as it may, you as a person and your nation are two entirely different things.
You just don't get nukes if you just joined. Build up your country first.
The reason you made a new account is because you keep getting banned. Don't you take a hint. You are banned for a reason.
There is no 'age' when you can get nukes. You just make it up... but not straight away in any case.

You are too young to have nukes at the moment, but there is a plan for 'developing' nations, kind of like myself to have Nukes.
