In the past week, increased guerilla fighting has taken place. Euroslavic and Ulan Baatorian factions alike have waged war against each other in many small battles leaving 124 Ulan Baatorian's dead and 83 Euroslavians dead, in addition to thousands wounded. This fighting has caused a downward spiral in relations between the two countries who have had a "roller-coaster" relationship. The two countries do not wish to plunge into war, but if these two sides continue to kill more innocent people, they may have no choice in the matter. Ulan Baator blames this on Euroslavic fanatics, and Euroslavia blames this on the many rebel groups within Ulan Baatorian territory.
