We do, we currently have 12 deployed for peacekeeping operations, 8 deployed in a war and 4 in dock undergoing routine inspection and repairs, leaving us only 14 to respond to any attack.Plus their are hundreds of nations larger than the largest nation in the RL world and so things here will be a lot bigger and more numerous.

Is it just me or do many people seem to forget about transport trucks? What about cargo ships for supplies, underway replenishment ships, tug boats to dock the ships, and hospital ships for the wounded

About the twenty carriers

2 are currently deployed to a crisis brewing in Austica
8 Are deployed as part of the Elizabethshire Home Fleet
4 are deployed as Part of the Foriegn Reaction Fleet
2 are currently undergoing overhaul
2 are currently in Port, awaiting supplies and planes.
No abuilding carriers as of this moment

About the logistics: We do have them naturally, as posted 900,000 Infantry Troops which leaves 900,000 available as Engineers, Signal corps, other loggies. However, we also have the majority of our logistics covered by a National Guard type service, which is not included in year end reports. They activate when the Regular Forces need to be deployed. Also not included was a 10,000 Man Foriegn Legion, composed mostly of other munster nationalities which Elizabethshire officers. The Total Strength of the National Guard is apprx 1.2 Million (again due to Compulsory Military Service and moderate unemployment) The Total ships in the Reserve fleet (all smaller ships less than 10,000 tons,) and the Transport Fleet are classified due to national security concerns. As is Total strength of the National Security Service, Military Intelligence and the Foriegn Intelligence Service.

DUD: Yes, i should have posted more complete Division Formations and i can give an example of how they are organized.

9th Light Infantry Division (Home Army)
7,000 Light Infantrymen (Organized in 4 Regiments of approx 1250)
700 Artillerymen (organized in five battalions of aprx 130, 8 peices per battalion)
1,000 Logistics personnel (organized in Engineer Company of 125, Signal Troops of 75, Supply Battalion of 500, Company of Military Police, 40 man Headquarters Detachment, 36 man Special Operations force, 30 man Military Intelligence Deatchment, and One Hundred and 1 company of 50 for Reconassience. The other one twenty is miscealliounous.
One Armored Regiment of 120 tanks, of the T-90 Series operated by 600 Tankers and four hundred loggies assigned spefically to this regiment, mostly repairmen and fuelers.

I also have entire formations set aside as logistics up to Regiment size. Mix and match.

Terristan: I like to stick my nose into the world's business. Carriers project power. little low on the Cruiser department, hope to upgrade that to one hundred crusiers next year.

One last thing, the Civil Guard is Organized in Regiments around the Nation. Mostly to surpress internal dissent.
