Here's a problem:
You can't have a heavy cruiser (I assume that's #3) right now, as you're too small. At most you can have something equivalent to a Nebulon-B frigate (and that's you're flagship), some gunships, and a single squadron of fighters (Z-95s, litle bro to the X-wing, or equivalent).
OOC: I'm using Star Wars tech as a base, as it's basically the only space-tech I know of, in depth.
Here is the correct spelling for some of the words (gotta watch what you write, and cut and paste to a Word document to clean up). Telegram me for words that aren't in the computer dictonary or if you need a spelling correction (and you do need a lot).
Shild = Shield
perjectile = projectile
maga = I assume it's mega, unless it's magna (uses magnets to work) or a trade name
partical = particle
cureser = cruiser

I have advanced versions of shield tech for my ships, i gave up on beam cannons untill they do the damage my government wants. (bascially i gave up on most kinds of beam cannons.) I have somewhat advanced FTL. And the rest is listed somewhere on my comp but im writing an english essay so im too lazy to look it up.

You know small nations can do great things.
we of the remmonlands already have fusion tech, a semi-large orbital research station, maser and laser weapons and could build plasma weapons if we would want (but since they're so horribly inefficient, we're not building those)
but that is primarily because we got the fusion tech from another nation
