In view of the fact that DGNT is in the bottom 3000 for 'Most compasionate citizens' we have initiated a program to make our citizens care a little more.
From now on anybody who utters a discouraging word will be shot.
Or repremanded. It depends really, on whether the word was used in connection with the State 8)
