The empire of Ardor would like to announce the constuction of 3x 949A OscarIII Missle subamrine for Ardors ally, Dark Terror. The construction was part of an agreement between the nations, the cost is free seeing as this is a war situation. The contruction time has been estimated for 9 months NS time(<24 hours RL). Naming of these ships will be let up to DT.
