With a successful moon landing accomplished, the ESEA has come under direct pressure from the Consul Supreme to redouble it's efforts in designing, planning, and eventually implementing a lunar colonization program within the next five to ten years.
As such, the Director of the Eredron Space & Exploration Agency, has been authorized to use 15 billion Marks to further this effort. Nations with experience in this field, specifically those with colonies on the moon, are being sought after to provide and furnish designs, schematics, technology and actual structures, as well as means of delivering and constructing a lunar base, in exchange for governmental contracts. Representatives and delegates from foreign nations and corporations are invited to apply here.
((OOC: I am not looking for responses from FTL space tech nations. I am wanting technology that is, at most, 20 years ahead of RL tech. This base colony would be rather primitive at first, and still up to a decade away from being constructed. ))
