Well, I havent warred yet, I dont have a frightening economy (I used to), but maybe I will do?

2.) Your Alliance is for diplomatic solutions to other peoples problems. I need a firm military backing
3.)Those werent terms for what i wanted, those are what i have, to appeal to others.
4.)I already have an economic alliance with you with our Jax-For-Tritanium project. I'm also in your region and just offered a n00b 100 billion dollars (!) to come to our region. He turned us down.
