Nations of the world, The Iron Lords are not uncareing fiends as these aggressor nations have made us out to be. To prove our good intentions we are dismanteling all of our biological and chemical weapons. This program will take place over the next 10 years. We ask as a return gesture of good will , that Soviet Trasa not murder the leaders of the DSRO that they have in thier dungeons.
We are still skeptical, and request that you allow Takian weapons inspectors to oversee the destruction of all of your WMD. As you are doing this of your own free will, we understand and respect your right to dismiss our request, however, allowing these inspectors in will allow you to assure the world that you are living up to your promises. We applaud this move, should it be what you claim it is, and have lifted the status of Terrorist Nation from your land, relabling it "Hostile Neutral" untill further proof of your good intentions.

Taka, as a nation that has threatened us, we do not feel that allowing your inspectors in is in our best interest. However we will entertain the idea of an uninvolved third party witnessing the distruction of these weapons.
Our nation is willing to provide the weapons inspectors to observe Iron Lord's disarmament. We will send in approxamatly 10,000 troops to search for any hidden weapons, and to observe the weapons that you are destroying.
Is this acceptable to both sides?
(OOC: I have little idea what the circumstances surrounding this are, i I pretty much have to be independant, don't I?)

Euroslavia is willing to send in a team of inspectors to watch over the destruction of these weapons. We commend the Iron Lords for starting this program and hope that this conflict can be resolved.

Since several nations have shown interest in witnessing the program to destroy our chemical and biological weapons, we are putting forth the following requirements for any witnesses (since we are doing this of our own free will , we do not feel that inspectors are neccessary)
1. You cannot be involved in the current conflict
2. No armed troops will be allowed into the country
3. Nations will be limited to 100 people per nation
4. Nations must be acceptable to the Iron Lords
5. Witnesses will be asked to leave if an armed conflict erupts. This is for thier own saftey
Then Laiylan inspectors would be your choice. Our female inspectors won´t mingle elsewhere and will only be concetrated on the task set forth. No armament of any kind will be tolerated among them. And you will find our nation, if you ever come on a trip here, mostly accepteble.

Our nation repeats its offer to provide the inspectors for your nation. We have no idea who is for the forces of right and justice in this conflict, so we will not be biased towards or against you.

We are only allowing 100 from each country as we do not want to have so many foriegners in the country that it would be difficult to keep up with them all.
You are welcome to send witnesses, provided that you follow the guide lines.
Very well, we will send 100 of our best governmental inspectors to your nation to observe the destruction of all of your WMDs.

Iron Lords, this is understandable and is acceptable, we look foward to recieving favorable reports from the third party inspectors.
As a peacefull nation intent on peace with as many nations as is possible. We would like to send forth one of our weapons specialists, Dr. Drake Munro. He will be accompanied by his two aids, Martin Sherufski and Daniel Shirane.

We ask that our men be able to carry a non-lethal force weapon. If you let them carry these they will be carrying a small Taser device.

I am sorry, but any weapon that may cause the person to be rendered unconcious will not be allowed.

I don't think pepper spray can render someone unconscious though..
I know i was talking about a Taser first. Then i mentioned pepper spray. We just want our officials to have a way of protecting thereselves.

We wait to see if Soviet Trasa will step up to the plate by not murdering the leaders of the DSRO that they have kidnapped. We feel that this gesture of good will that we have made by dismantleing our chemical and biological weapons should have a return show of good will.

A C-130, also with Edenstein markings can be seen rolling across the tarmack headed towards the parking area, Bliss contacts the government of Iron Lords and Awaits for instructions*
