At aproximately 9:15 pm today, the Empire of Packilvania's orbital bombardment platform was attacked by what apperared to be a cruiser. As of yet we are unable to identify the owner of the vehicle. Unless the Owner of the cruiser comes foward, Packilvania will treat this as an act of war.
Takian logs report firing on an object on collision course with one of our ships, the Vendictive, the object was roughtly the size of a snall car and could have done considerable damage to the vessel had it hit, hence the nessessity for its destruction.

That could not have been my platform. The orbital platform is about the size of a football field.
