We would like to join this wonderfull idea as, we believe it benneficial to both parties since, we have shuttles that can be launched from a launch pad and are completly re-usable and are currently working on space stations for the matters you stated above. (we apparently already have some orbital ABM systems and of course i got the orbital weapons issue twice so thats several lots of billions of currency thrown in so i should have soemthing, now if i could just get the damned lasers to work on anything other than strapped chickens (prestressed rocket bodies that explode when hit by a laser, gives great PR shots but not much in the way of real data as to how effective your laser is)).
Anyway we can provide super duper mega top of the range launching facilities on our equatorial island holdings (features a nice beach resort to keep your engineers happy) and the expertese gained by the launching of our various satellite programs (spy sats, our own GPS and our comsats and the odd EW birdy).

We would like to join in this joint effort. We have a rocket system in development that would be able to ferry this system into orbit, named the ASFOR-II project. We could also adapt our ALMRS/TTAC-03 Mk. III system to target and engage MRV's, ICBM's, or other rocket systems. But, our other space systems are limited and probably the most we could do besides the above is provide extensive funding.
