The USSP wants to build a dam across the gibralter strait.

However, Gibralter is not under the control of the USSP.* I need permission to do it. The reasons are, during the last war, Germany nuked many power plants, All in all heres what was destroyed: 2 Nuclear plants, 7 Coal plants, 1 Solar plant, and 2 Oil plants. The USSP is living in the dark, and no electricity. The previous plants were also way too pollutant, and dangerous. With such a huge water Plant/dam across gibralter, power enough could be supplied to Spain and Portugal, also upper egypt and some parts of Africa.

*Since there is no actual GB, ill take permission of 5 countrys older than september 2003.

Oh no no no, this won't do at all. It would cost ISAN businesses millions in transit, and billions in lost business with European nations.

ISAN certainly will not stand for it.

After careful analysis of your proposed project, the Penglaiese Academy of Engineering if firmly convinced that it will not work for some of the following reasons:

The Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean are the same level, to achieve the necessary buildup of water for a standard hydroelectric plant; the plan would need to require dams at virtually all outlets (Suez Canal, Bosporus Strait, etc) and at least a decade for the water level to rise. There would also be untold ecological damage to the Mediterranean – distribution with fish migration, further toxic buildup of the already polluted Mediterranean, and massive coastal flooding across the whole Mediterranean.

Seeing that your previous power plants were destroyed during a war, strategically it would be unwise to construct one massive plant if future hostiles occur. One plant, regardless of how massive and well defended, that supplies near all your power would be a priority target. Once lost, you’ll once again be in the dark during wartime.

The Academy of Engineers has some alternative suggests: construct a distributive power system – numerous small power plants with a integrated national grid; tidal, wind, OTEC and micro dams along rivers and streams as sources of power; and high-temperature nuclear reactors that provide electricity and thermal heat (a product Penglai specializes in). Any of these projects are less of an engineering change and far less costly.

Please contact Penglaiese Academy of Engineer with any inquires or request for assistance.

Will there be a road across it?

I can offer you solarcells. They are now in mass production in my nation. It is THE way to provide your country with pollution electricity. And the enemy can never take down all power at once. Perfect solution. If you are interested just wire me.
