Any ideas for the EX-2? Well tell me and if i like it, you'll get production rights!
Wow, I didn't know Hovertanks had gears, I assumed they just diverted power to the engines directly.
Am I wrong, or is this not a hover tank(like it says in the subject) or was the Gears statistic a left over from an earlier version?
Gears? Shit! That's not supposed to be there.

Not bad... although... is your mispelling of Executioner intentional?
Bump for people to see my tank
The Dominion of Skager will tentivly purchase 300 of your tanks. They will undergo combat trials. If they are satisfactory, expect more purchases.
can I have one too?
I wasn't going to sell them, but I will anyway.
Skager, It will take a few months to construct 300 of them, but we shall send you a pair of prototypes. That will be 40 million for the prototypes.
Shab, I have a bad feeling about giving you my tanks, so no you can't.
Note: the production version of the tank will cost less.

[ooc: I tried to design a modern+ hovertank once, but it was revealed to have too many inherent flaws. It's not a very stable firing platform, for one.
Anyway, nice picture. Just pray the reactor doesn't go critical or whatever it is micro-nuclear reactors do.]
we are interested in purchasing some of your tanks, however in light of our own hovertank's failure, as well as its massive limitations in speed, armor and armorment, we woud like ot know what kind of a propultion system are you using to provide enough lift to hold such a heavy craft up, and what kind of armor are you using to deflect incoming rounds?
Why do people have to know how thing work?
It has collapsed-core molybdenum armor plating. but you should also note the forcefield.
And I don't know it just does.

The Kingdom of Airbordia is interested in acquiring 15 squadrons (600 units) of your Executioner hovertank once you have begun production. We are interested in equiping the Household Guard Regiments with these environmentally friendly vehicles.
Funds will be transferred upon confirmation of the order.
Lucas Allister
Prime Minister
Looks like we'l have to start production early.
((OOC: That works, if you want, we could install Unobtainum Thrusters on it so there is no question as to the "Its not a Godmod, I'm not a Physisist, deal with it" nature of it.))
We will take 30 of these tanks for field tests.
Thank you for your generousity, we shall send them for free
((Can I use that pic and convert it to a modern tank? I'll give you %50 profit if I sell it, or I can pay you out right 4 billion))
Of course you can and i'll go with the 50% profits
Skager, your tanks are done. That will be $3,900,000,000
Airbordia, that comes to $7,800,000,000
Taka, tanks sent $390,000,000
**Money wired**
We look foward to battle testing these tanks, and should they provide what we need, we will be purchasing more from you. We thank you for your time.
OOC: What is the approximate year level of tech? We have some primitive (Magnetic Levitation) hovertanks that are basically around 2030 other than the shells being plasma, a special type of power plant we designed (completely an IC techology), and the hovering itself, which bumps them up to about 2050.
I'd say around 2400, but you could design a somewhat less advanced version if you'd like.
OOC: 2400?
*Leaves thread, happy due to his continued monopoly on the between modern and future-tech hovertank market*
Bump so people can buy my tanks.
ooc: Cool tank pic. Did you grab it off someplace, or did you make it yourself?
ic: the military is interested in acquiring 10 of these tanks for field testing. Should they be found to be up to par, there will be a large order along with a request for production rights.
OOC: Me make something? hahaha
IC: You can expect to have the tanks by the end of the month. We won't charge you for this order.

well Ill buy 1000 of them and If youd like you can use our production facility to build the tanks faster and cheeper
Confirmed, $13,000,000,000
They're only so expensive because I'm in a war right now.
Bump for my tanks to stay popular.
1000 tanks please
* 9,750,000,000 billion wired*
We'll take 6 for trial purposes.

Ir's not a bad little thing there.I really like it. You could add two turrets though.
And what would be on these turrets?
Gee I don't know.....*cough*guns*cough*?
The Sketchian military is satisfied with the performance of this tank design. They have requested and received approval for 2 divisions (5000 each) of these tanks. Considering the load that may be placed on your production facilities, we would be willing to accept them in batches.
In addition to the initial purchase, the governemnt would also like to purchase limited production rights to the design (meaning we make but don't sell).
*consider money wired for tanks
I'm glad they met your standards, we can send you 400 now and 200 each month.
Do any suggestions for the EX-2?

Suggestions for the EX-2
Reduce the crew complement from 5 to 3.
Increase crew comfort by.
Remove the top mounted swivel gun to reduce overall height profile.
Increase number of shells carried for the main gun by utilizing space saved from eliminating extra crew.
What about the production rights for the current design?
Noted
By?

It's a beam cannon...... but noted.
and rights granted.
Armaments
1* 170 mm beam cannon
range- 3.2km
ammunition- 67 shells
They could be considered "energy" shells. Thus you're not draining reactor power everytime you fire. That allows you to drive at full speed and still shoot.
and
by...using the space saved to increase crew amenities.
Damn forgot about that. Oh well i'll go with your explaination.
We are interested in the acquisition of 50 of these tanks for combat trials. Further purchases will be made if they meet standards.
$650,000,000 will be wired upon confirmation of order.
Bump because i feel like it.
It's a bird, it's a plane, it's BUMP!
