Free Money for All Banks
To express it's extreme generosity (and to curtail future theft), the Attican Empire has chosen to donate 2 bars of pure gold (worth 1000KLM, or 2000USD) to every bank in the world. (Remember that Attica is mining one of the largest gold deposits in world history.)
On behalf of the Varessan Central Reserve, I thank you and your nation for your great generosity. The world would be a better place if more nations acted with such selflessness on a regular basis.
Insignificant as the US$2000 may seem to each nation or bank, the sum that has just left Attican coffers is nothing short of staggering. If you ever require a favour, I will do my best to sway the Varessan cabinet to assist Attica in any way we can.
