Ladies and gentlemen, today is a special day for all. The four islands of Malden, Everon, Kolgujev and Nogova have merged to form the Republic of Nulibert, a free republic that stresses liberty for the masses.
We have formally declared independence from our Socialist opressors. We know by now though that freedom does not come free. Over five thousand civilians were killed during the coup, we mourn them every day. We shall never be weak again though. We shall be strong, and brave.
We have put into development several new weapons to arm ourselves with, including our own NB94 Infantry Weapon, a 7.62mm assault rifle, and the NMI Pathfinder Battle Tank, with a top speed of 37 MPH and a 110mm "Hawkeye" Howitzer.
We prepare for peace by preparing for war.
