Rueters- A tornado caused quite a stir earlier today, when it touched down near the town of Caveral. Several buildings were reported destroyed, but no injuries occured due to quick responses from the townspeople in taking cover.

It was the first reported tornado in the nation, and an oddity, as it is December. Meterologists are baffled as to the sudden change of weather, since only a week before, it was quite cold, with lows in the 30s. Now it is a steady 60 degrees F. Perhaps global warming is really taking effect, but more experiments will be needed before that is confirmed.
