The Andaluciaen control sphere, a device which utilizes lazers and magnetics to control nuclear blasts, has been declared safe for international sale by the Andaluciaen trade board.
The control sphere is 50 meters wide, and so far has shown its ability to control everything from a conventional explosive blast to a 50 megaton thermo-nuclear device. It is a way to test a nuclear device safely with no nasty environmental side effects like fallout. The Control spheres also have the ability to provide a very primitive fusion reactor, which is also very positive.
These devices take a 5 days (real world time) to build on their own. They will be shipped to the buyer by Andaluciae on one of our specially designed freighters, under guarded submarine, surface and air escort. Transport is at our expense. A facility must be built to house the device. You can build it on your own with no cost to yourself for the plans or have experienced Andaluciaen engineers build the facility at minimal cost and maximum safety.
