The Armed Republic of Rolony announced that a new law, just installed as part of the infamous Commie-Law, will be in forced from the following week.

It states that any and all families will be 'forced' to have children, and it will be made compulsory to send at least one of them to military school, which once graduated, will then to be enlisted in to the National Army.

Many people have been said to have been disgusted at the new law saying it was immoral and unethical, however the majority of the population is said to be overjoyed at the prospect of a communist militaristic nation full of "pride and power".

The law is part of a new scheme designed to prepare the country for what it sees as an inevitable war on the horizon.

MIE HQ, Hampcourt, Wintrees:

General Smith looked at the report on his conference table around him sat his general staff, a gaggle of Colonels and other officers.

"Whats the Rolony Situation like at the moment Colonel?" he asked the bored looking ex-army Colonel sat at the end of the table.
"Your classic military build up, looking for a fight in my opinion."
"humm. What do we have in the area?" This time he was looking at another Colonel sitting in the corner of the room, again bored looking.
"9th Air Assault Brigade plus some supporting units."
"Humm. Phoenix group?" Again looking at the Colonel in the corner of the room. The Colonel checked a piece of paper on his lap, "Yes sir."
"Ok, they are to keep an eye on the situation, 9th Air Assault Brigade are to stay on station, I trust they are on an training exercise?"
"Yes sir"
"Keep them on it"
"Yes sir"
The General gave a nod and the group moved out of the room, back to their office and conference tables.
