Well, since you are the nanotech capital of the world, I would like to share regulations/trade/copyright/whatever it's called with you on nanotechnology. I have a big interest in nanotechnology myself, and I think we can both benefit from this. You propose an agreement, as I'm pretty bad a negotiations. Also, if you're willing, we could become allies, but that part is your own free will. Thank you for reading this.

I have been asked to contact you regarding the matter of technological trade, more specifically trade in nanotechnologies. This actually comes at a most convenient time, as we have been looking to expand our planetary relations, especially in the corporate sector. While we can set you up to deal directly with the relevant corporate entities or through this government, it would be helpful to have specific examples of what capabilities you wish to obtain.

I would like things from basics such as nanites in toothpaste to help clean teeth, foodstuffs that make you healthier and give you a boost in energy, to more military stuffs, such as self-cleaning and repairing weapons, BDU's that enhance strength, agility, and dexterity. More organic abilities are also thought of*. We will meet each other in an agreement next week RL days.

Super-effective toothpastes a fairly simple matter, which can be taken care of by regular commercial entities. Immunoaugmentation technology is available from LifeWorks Biotech, as can muscle/sensory augmentation equipment. Self-repair technologies are also available through numerous commercial entities, but specifically military equipment can be acquired through the contractor Paragon Systems.
