Hi guys!

I bet some of you n00b bashers will be glad to see I have read ALL of the RP skills threads, and am so bored I have just read the 'Clan Smoke Jaguar Guide to Tanks' thread. No offence meant of course. Ok, so, I have seen the sheer amount of Modern Tech Nations, (new skills learnt!) and WW2 tech nations, and have decided to do something new.

I have decided I am going to start my nation in 1960 and gradually move through the years, up to modern tech. On the way, I will develop new technologies, and keep you guys informed. Currently however, I am too small to do anything, so I will just sit here and look glum.

Thanks, I hope to see you guys soon. I might even start an RP when you guys can RP your countries past. Ive seen a few of them around

ooc: Greetings. WoS is headed for the same time period, though we're presently a bit caught up what with World War II and all. I've long said we'd move to the cold war and stop just short of modern times.. who knew it would take this damn long?

Probably we'll even seek to dispatch some ambassadors when I'm not about to fall asleep again. Good day.

I thank you for your hearty greeting. Now I ask if we can switch ambassadors and embassies, and the like. We are glad there are other nations in this time frame, though we are small and of no significance to you.

"Transfer? God be praised! At last I am to be free from this anarchic bowl of mud!" Cyril Bean, former Walmingtonian ambassador to the Kingdom of Ky, for what good it did anybody, was indeed in receipt of orders for his reassignment.

"Where to this time? Allied Ages? Where..or when is that?"

"Presently, sir" Replied the ambassador's footman, "..Ah, the Pacific. Though times are prone to change, of course."

Shortly the small-time ambassador was on his way, less and less enthused by the moment as he read horribly sketchy reports of oppression and human rights abuse in the tiny unknown country of his destination. Oh, and he'd been hoping for transit aboard an O/TMkI Acorn light transport aircraft, but there was a war on, and the second-line diplomat had to make do with a bunk aboard the SS Pumpkin, a 240 ton coal-fired merchant hauling ink and replacement caps for Walmingtonian fountain pens to Iansisle in the North Pacific Island Group.

Bean couldn't help thinking that his Allied Ages opposite invited to good old Walmy would have a much more comfortable time of it.

(That's an impressively hard-line nation you have for a first day, I must say! )
