Due to a new method of war that may be developing, that of region against region, The New Imperium wishes to call nations with a feeling for conquest and loyalty to serve the leading dukes of this new-found region. If we gain a suitable number of support we will begin a war, one region at a time, to try and conquer and grow our region as large as can be. However, it would be unbenefital for a very large region (like the pacific) to attack and gobble up small regions (like the one i'm in) as their numbers would not significantly improve.

There is no need to become concerned or agressive. I believe that I did suggest that small regions not fight large ones. however i could be wrong, i dont know exactly what i typed.
