Now that Bigmenistan has had El Akaris in their custody for several months, i believe we should begin the warcrimes hearing. This thread will be used to create a list of charges against El Akaris

Reminding everyone of the charges already being presented:

1. Use of Bio-Chemical WMDs

2. Use of the illegal Smallpox strain

3. Economic Exploitation of his nation

4. Refusal to adhere to the Bigman Treaty

5. Creating Forced Labor Camps

6. Seizure of unlawful property

7. Aggressive military acts against Bigmenistan

If any other nation has anything to add to this list, post the addition here.

Bigmenistan, do you have anything to add? And to the previous poster, i have no idea what you just said.

OOC: I think that about sums it up, let the trial begin.

*a Bigmenistan judge comes in and sits down, a multinational group of witnesses and the like will testify as well*

Judge- Alright ladies and gentlemen take your seats, we will now hear the case of the Allied Nations vs El Akaris. Would the Prosecution please call it's first witness?

Pros- Yes your honor, we would like to call to the stand- Mr. Frank Douglas. The head of the intercepted communications branch of our CIA.

Judge- Proceed, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help you God?

Douglas- I do

Judge- Take the stand

Douglas- I would like to present this piece of evidence to the jury. It is an intercepted conversation between a Colonel Istan, and President El Akaris. The conversation was recorded from a bug that one of our splinter cell agents placed in his phone.

My lord, said colonel istan, we have succesfully launched the missile, it has hit the target but the president himself is not infected. That does't matter colonel, said El akaris, the panic will be enormous and that was what we wanted. Now send in the troops let them assault the border. And operate under another flag.

After about an hour of the prosecution presenting the evidence, Akaris knows that he's beat and that he doesn't stand a chance of winning the trial. So he finally confesses before the jury that he's guilty on all counts.

After this confession the jury then goes to the back to reach their verdict. They come out after about 10 minutes and announce their decision to the court-

"We the jury find the defendant- El Akaris guilty of all counts and charges. We believe that the only suiting punishment to this crime is the death penalty."

Judge- Alright, I hereby sentance El Akaris to be put to death by firing squad in 1 hour. Baliff, take this man into custody.

*after the ruling El Akaris jumps up and trys to flee the courtroom, but another police officer is standing at the door and he cuts off his escape. About 8 police then descend on him, and manage to cuff his hands behind his back. He is then taken back to his prison cell.*

1 hour later-

A bound El Akaris is taken to the back of the prison. He is then tied to a nearby pole, and a blindfold is placed over his eyes. He is then offered a cigarette which he declines.

An armed squad of 6 men then come onto the scene armed with M-4 Carbines. The sound of drums is heard, and after about 10 seconds the squad switches to fully automatic mode of fire, and they open up.

After about 15 seconds of squeezing the trigger they let off it. The squad then goes to look at El Akaris, and he is dead. There were bullet wounds on his stomach, chest, and 1 eventually through his head.

His remains are then taken outback and buried in a local cemetary.
