OOC: What ever happened to that thread where you listed the percentage of a race within your nation? I bet dragons would be a hardy race to kill, but think of the defensive properties of their skin!

Tokarev is sending our Army Corp of Engineers with the hospital ships and an additional $100 billion dollars. In addition, 5 Lir-class cargo ships are hauling food, fresh water, and construction supplies to aid in the reconstruction (OOC: sorry, not at home now so can't give you exact figures)
