OOC: I'm working with a sort of two nations right now, and until I get "New Russia 2047 up, just count this as a post from a 2047 nation, and not a 2547 nation.

The Syop XE Super Cavitator, one of the first craft ever designed for both high speed air and submarine travel. The Syop XE is capable of reaching speeds of up to Mach 5.7. The craft itself can sustain underwater travel for up to 4 hours at a top speed of 450 mph.

The supercavitator uses age old technology for creating a bubble around a submersed craft, letting it travel in a bubble as opposed to travelling against all the force of water. The only downside is that the plane has to be travelling at close to 250 mph when it hits the water to safely enter a supercavitated bubble.
