Uroburos would like to announce the opening of the Global Institute for Security Cooperation, or GISC. GISC is a government funded institution that focuses on the training and education of the military and social leaders of developing countries. Coursework and practical instruction focus around regime stability, urban pacification, intelligence and information gathering and dissemination, extraction of information from physical sources, economic stability and providing infusions to developing economies, re-structuring of military/police structure, as well as specialized courses in executive protection, special operations and tactics, and a multitude of language/technology oriented courses.
From any interested applicants, I will be selecting a class of 10 government leaders to attend this course.
