Rebuilding Blue Window
In a recent war the following things happened to me:
My military was cut down to 1,500 men, my capitol was completely destroyed, 70% of my industrial sites were destroyed, my entire government body was executed, and an untold number of citizens were executed...

As stated before (in the thread Rise Against A-Corp (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=98485&start=360)) Glorious Humanity's forces already in Blue Window will remain there to protect the nation and aid in policing and rebuilding it. We are sending more members of the Army Engineering Corp, and 10 million mancoins to assist in rebuilding.

Secondly, we offer to do some reconstruction on your cities in exchange for a small portion of land that we may use for development and construction of the new A2 Strike Hammer fighter jet.
