my nation is in a state of civil war . the kim browns are revolting and trying to take over my poor nation off the human remnants . we arent a military nation .we are spending 0.07% pa on our military . the kim browm is a fear some create and it has been pressing its face up against our windows at nightand scaring our poor innocent children . also they have been putting baby kim browns in our newborn babies beds and switching them , of course this tactic isnt very effective because kim browns look very very ... strange . so we request military aid of about $500,000,000 which would fund our efforts to chase the kim brown race back into the forest :twisted: :?: :?: :idea: :idea:
