I have an idea for and RP, I'm going to call it Operation: Emerald Sky.
The rules are as follows:
1. No Godmodding
2. All Modern Tech, as in materials in use in the Armed Forces today. Rule of thumb is 1997-2002
3. NO high tech gadgets or anything that could not be used widely. Basically, just Widespread stuff.
4. All custom weapons are used, just as long as they fit the 97-02 rule.
5. n00bs, you don't have all powerful armies, basically, use the 5%armed forces rule, MAXIMUM.
6. NO WMD's, they ruin RPs
7. I'll have a map up later, and as there are no actual maps on NS of nations, I'll make one up for this RP. It will be based on what you want in terms of terrain and your pop size. Tell me what kind of terrain you want.

Teams follow these terms:
Team 1:
--Fulovit
--The Canadian Tundra
--Diminix
--Melessa

Team 2:
--Chochezkoo
--Hattia
--A few rich people

I'll balance the teams, only one pre Sep/Oct nation per team, and only 3 n00bs per team max.

As many as I can get but I'm gonna make the maximum 5 per team, with one large country, 3 n00bs and a Sep/Oct

Alright, it's basically a war, where team one starts out on offense ant team two is on defense, i'll tg you my battle plan.

Ok, So I guess I'll play, Whose side am I on.

I think terrain like Afghanistan, or Southern Russia would be best.

Oh yeah, terrain, well my troops are well trained for combat in all enviroments, although they excel in extreme conditions, primarily arctic style (lots of snow and ice), and since desert is somewhat similiar (extreme temperatures, barren enviroment) they are above average in that terrain also. So, if you could perhaps make a small tundra style area, or high altitude areas where its freezing and theres snow and ice would be great.

Thing is, I can hardly afford more than probably a couple thousand AKs or so, much less a tank or fighter. I'll just stick to angry mobs with shotguns and molotovs :D ... at least until I can get some real stuff.

I'll be with Hattia... and those are some cheap tanks, Hattia. Thanks for the out-dated offer. I'm sure they'll work great for some terrorist weapons. I'll take...

Its easily within your budget, but maintaining, and manning them will be expensive. Primarily with the T-34, as those were developed what, before the outbreak of WW2? But hey, if your a poor terrorist style nation there good enough i supposed, just don't be expecting to be able to do much to an Abrams...and if your fighting at night, well, they aren't equipped with TI or other advance equipment. Basically, they aren't all that great of tanks...
