Hello - i would like to ask experienced nations (Over 1 billion preferably) in no fixed region to join Highbury - my region. Everyone is welcome, and at present i only have 29 nations, i am looking to make it 50apprx. Most nations are young in Highbury and i would like some nations who have some allies and experience under their belt to join. Interested? Then please join. There is no password protection.
