Cameras roll all over the six nations that are members of the newly named North-East Asia Federation, the footage is of plans that were set into action by the former Communist leader years ago to improve the nation. The Federated Nations all once part of the Socialist States were drawn into the expansion plans, and still have recieved the funding needed to finish the building.
The cameras show the icy, snow covered planes of the countries with their far and few between citys to give the world an idea of the situation the people deal with. Then it cuts to various buildings that were reccently built, such as coal power plants, offices, housing projects, and various other buildings. The cameras also briefly show the Naval Bases, Army Bases, and Air Bases built under this plan.
The channels then cut to President Gwer, Vice President McCury, the 3 Ministers, Mr O'Dell, Mr Rockford, and Mr Barkly seated around a table infront of the Hutu Senate. Also present are General Roach and the 5 Governors of the surrounding area.
President Gwer whispers to McCury for a moment then stands looking around the room. "Gentlemen I stand befor you tonite to update you on the nation, in this impromtu State of the Union address. I also stand befor you to ask of you something I believe the Federation needs. To the more important things first. As of this day, all planned expansions of the Nation and the Federation are done. The economy is on the rise, and national security is up. Now, I ask of you that we increase military spending and that the members of the Federation do as well, there maybe strenght in numbers, but that doesn't help when the leaders are the only ones fighting. Also, I ask that we work towards becoming a nuclear and space capable nation. We do not need either for defense or offense, but we do need to be more known in the world. That is all gentlemen, I thank you."
