*Outside the Stavropol national defense base, Fort Krinkov, three Mi-24 Hind-D gunships and a single Mi-8 transport return to base after a day of training with a few platoons of Stavropol infantry. Roughly a quarter of a mile away from the base, eight thuds rupture the air as eight revolutionaries fire off rockets from their SA-7 and RPG-7V units, launching eight projectiles at the four aircraft, at their low altitude they have little time to react, the slow Mi-8 gets nailed by an RPG in its tail section, blowing it off and destabilizing the craft, its fuel tanks ignite and it ruptures into a ball of flame. One of the Mi-24's manages to dart to the left, only to be hit by two of the rockets, turning the Mi-24 into nothing more than a flaming ball of scrap iron. The other two Mi-24's each get nailed by an SA-7 missile, completely destroying its tail assembly and its rear fuselage. All four craft slam into the earth and skid across, throwing wreckage everywhere. One of the Mi-24 pilots survived the crash, only to be gunned down by a guerilla force approaching the base...
From the grove of trees, three squadrons of assorted tanks (T-55's and older T-72's) rumble out, opening fire on the fort's defenses. Within minutes the base is defenseless, the guerilla force heads into the base and gunfire erupts, lasting for a good ten minutes before the tanks rumble in, quickly wiping out any Federal soldiers left. Soon enough, the same scene appears all over the nation to the nation's military bases, each and every one being over-run by a surprisingly well equipped guerilla/revolutionary force.
In the capital city of Stavropol, the nation's President is reclining in his home. From the street and from nearby buildings come a hail of gunfire, along with a salvo of RPG's, the rounds plaster the house and shatter windows, the rockets impact the walls and ignite, firing off their charges through the walls, completely demolishing the front of the presidential home. Security aides rush the president into the basement and are preparing to call the armed forces to the capitol, only to find the armed forces no longer exist in their entirety. A large squad of revolutionaries armed with AK-47s, Bizons, and AK-74's swarm into the presidential home, blasting open the door into the basement and swarming down, easily wiping out the security forces... They also kill the president's family but keep the president alive, tying him up and dragging him upstairs... This same scene occurs through out the city to all the major government officials, all of them being killed. They head out front to the deck in front of the home and force the president to stand...
A man steps forward from the group of revolutionaries and removes his face mask and looks to the group of people gawking at the presidential home... Another 50 to 60 revolutionaries surround the crowd, dead police lie all around.*
Alexi Ilyuvinsky: "Comrades of our dear nation, Stavropol, we have suffered under this capitalist regime for far too long, we have lost sight of what is true and what is right, this revolution is for the good of the nation and for the good of its future. Democracy shall fall and communism shall replace it. I, Alexi Ilyuvinsky, am your new premier..."
*he pulls out his Makarov pistol and slides back the action, swinging it to the president's temple and pulling the trigger, the round slams through the presidents skull and rockets out the other side, bringing with it assorted pieces of gore as the presidents body slumps to the side and drops to the floor...
Unknown to the revolutionaries, a small force of dedicated military personnel have fled to the mountains, bringing with them their small force of Mi-24's, URALs, UAZs, four T-55s and a single T-72.*
Prime Minister Alexandrov was in his office reading the newspaper. One of his aides walked in. "Prime Minister, there has been a communist rebellion in Stavropol." The Prime Minister smiled. "Of course we will support them, call the military and tell them to send the..."

My loyal infantry and armor forces have begun exterminating this vermin as they locate their small hide-outs, the capitalist's days are numbered in this country and with your support they should be gone within a year. I appreciate your support in this matter and within time we will pay you back."
*After that message, the Premier authorizes a massive military draft to increase the size and lethality of the military as well as authorizing a new budget which will set aside a massive sum for research and development as well as procurement of military arms and vehicles. After the initial draft, a good 470000 new infantrymen are drafted as well as roughly 20000 for the officer's corps.*
*Stavropol National Army soldiers and guerilla forces begin encroaching on Fulovit's military bases in the southern regions of Stavropol... Stavropol National Air Force aircraft circle the skies, to provide protection to the Fulovit transports and to quicken their departure. National Army soldiers begin piling into APC's and transports to provide security to the departing Fulovit personnel.*

Comrade, we thank you for your support and we will heed your warnings. Our nation's people did support this overthrow as the former capitalist government essentially 'screwed' the people (using Western terms). I will remain in power until we have a stabilized nation and until we can rid ourselves of the small group of capitalists that are resorting to terrorism to try to influence our people that communism is worse. As soon as they are either captured or killed, and as soon as Fulovit removes its troops (which the previous government allowed for them to build bases on our soil) we will hold elections, only after a primary poll that will determine if they are unhappy with my leadership, if they are, I shall secede this position to the winner of a general election.
On a side not, monetary donations are needed, as our economy nearly ground to a halt in the revolution. Although it is recovering at a notable pace, some extra financial aid would assist us on getting it back up to speed faster.
Hattia has decided to donate 15 million USD to help get Stavropol's economy back on it's feet.

*A general poll was held through out Stavropol to judge their feelings towards the current Stavropol Premier Alexi Ilyuvinsky. The poll revealed outstanding support towards the current Premier, 68 percent feel he has done an adequate job as leader. Even though the high percent, the Premier authorizes a general election, he puts his name on the ballot, along with Boris Tevovich, his loyal supporter, and Ivan Kerensky, the grandson of the famous Stavropol general, Nikolai Kerensky, who was also a strong communist supporter. The general election revealed the people would rather have Ivan Kerensky as their premier, due to his military background (he was a Major in the National Army) and his role in the revolution (personally leading a charge to retake Fort Kerensky [named after his grandfather]). Ivan chose to keep Ilyuvinsky as his Foreign Affairs minister and even allowed Boris Tevovich (a former General in the National Army) as Minister of Defense.*

The nation of Stavropol greatly appreciates this financial assistance to rebuild our nation's educational system. Stavropol would prefer that the nation of Edolia maintain a base within Stavropol's borders as our military is not technologically advanced enough or well equipped enough to defeat most modern armies. Military support would be greatly appreciated, either in training our forces to be a more competent land force or in the purchase of more advanced equipment.

The most ideal base position would either be in the northern portion, due to it's relative flatness and vast prairies or the southern portion, due to the large plateau and steppe that covers the area. However, more population resides in the south, at least near where a base could be built.
Your military force is suitable for our defense, if needed we can supply some of our own contractors to assist you in building a base.

"A location has been chosen in the Northern area. The base will cover an area of approximately 12 square kilometers and will include barracks, large training grounds (for the training of a new Stavropol military), as well as storage locations for other heavy machinery, including tanks and planes. The four runways at this airbase allow a fast deployment so that fighters can be scrambled quickly and at short notice. The base has been dubbed "OE-15" and will be built using hired Stavropoli labor with Edolian Army Corps of Engineers overseers."
