Recently, Cowes has been trying to combat terror through the diplomatic route - avoiding war, as fighting intentional killing with more deaths seems ironic.
However, terror has become a major problem for the small commonwealth. Are there any large-scale alliances in existence to fight terror? What can be done about it?
