i may not know exactly what's goin on, but isn't his construction of a missile defense program his choice? how does that affect your sovereignty? (I apologize if i missed something else that caused this)
I thought this ended years ago.

In the interests of peace and (more importantly) free trade, His Omniferocity's government offers its services as an unbiased, uninvolved third party to arbitrate this dispute.

Why not? What is the problem with Whittier building a missile defense system? Oh, wait, it will end MAD politics.

I don't accept.
Since His Omniferocity's government does not meet the standards of the South Pacific, what other unbiased third party would be acceptable? His Omniferocity's government is interested only in the peaceful operation of free trade throughout the central and southern Pacific.
If no single nation meets South Pacific's requirements, perhaps a triumvurate of neutral nations would work. Each of the two parties involved in the dispute (Whittier and South pacific) could choose a mediator. The two mediators would then get together and agree on a third arbiter, who would manage the overall negotiations.
