The Republic of Stavropol is looking for weaponry and equipment to replace its aging fleet of T-55s, T-62s, T-72s, MiG-7s, MiG-21s, and other equipment, as well as find a suitable replacement for our standard combat arm, the AK-47 (We are more keen on replacing this) as well as the AK-74.

Also, our military is rather small in relation to our nations size, so we would like to offer any other nation the chance to maintain a base inside our nation, only one nation may take this position and they can maintain two bases. Our nation currently sits roughly north of the nation of Georgia (Real life), our southern fifth is mostly mountainous (Caucusus Mountains) and having about 60 miles of shoreline on the West side with the Black Sea. The rest of our nation is mainly grasslands.

We have relatively uninhabited land in the southern region, the Elbrus Steppe is an ideal location for an air base or army base. I must warn you though, revolutionaries are known to hide and live in that region, although with your presence they may be forced to disband or move to a more 'accessable' region for our forces to finally dispose of them.
