Why do you, a four day old nation, need 400,000 suits of Kevlar, Kevlar can get expensive. Besides, unless you're thinking of becoming a War Mongerer, you won't need it. Oh, and I must tell you that most war mongerers recieve what they deserve.

I sell kevlar armor. I just dont sell it to nations that are so small they wont need it unless they go to war.

I agree completely, if we armed all of the very small guys with our best stuff, we would collapse.
