The Exalted of the Stone Heart, Lord Protector of the Citadel and Master of the Mountains of Pain has an announcement.

As once more we crawl from the ashes of our past into the light of a new dawn, we wish to create new alliances between ourselves and other nations. Thus we let it be known... The Royal Heiresses, three daughters of the Imperial Household and begotten children of the Exalted Himself, Sheena, Tesseen and Nyomi, are seeking husbands. They will be worthy wives for any king, being strong and fertile.

Each has been taught to be independent of herself, but will submit to the will of a worthy husband. All underwent compulsory military training, as is the standard. Sheena, the eldest, is of the rank of Major in the Armed forces of the Exalted and brings a military alliance in her dowry. Tesseen and Nyomi after military service entered the Police Corps and their honour guards consist of ten fully trained Inquisitors, experts at interrogation and preventing assassination attempts. They will be welcome additions to any court.

Neo Silver Jack- eldest son fo Pyeiti, ruler of the light forboding spirit, first claimant to the kingdom, victor of the battle of Krambor seeks a bride to rule beside him. She will inherit the duty of protector of chastity and dark apparition and their children will inherit the lush lands of our kingdom for their own.

Bracken Accie - master of the winds of whispers and victor in the battle Nodjom, once broken but never removed seeks a bride to challenge and respect him, to advise, counsel, satisfy and love him. He is a good son, and his bride will cement him as a man in our nation.

The location of the wedding must be discussed, as indeed such treaties that may be ensured by such a marriage. The status of the offspring concerning inheritance of the joined thrones must be considered.

But of course this is as nothing. The Exalted will be glad to send his daughter to such a worthy man.

It is the considered opinion of the Exalted that a military alliance could benefit us both. This I do offer to your youngest son, Neo Silver Jack, the hand in marriage of my eldest daughter Sheena. A military alliance will immediately come into existence between us. All that remains is the naming of a date, and establishment of a venue, and a full military review.

Imperator Cominus is willing to travel to the ends of the Earth in search of a bride; he would be the only Imperator to have ever married. We will gladly join the union of Cominus to Tesseen on your soil. We would ask, naturally, that we have a security detachment present. The Exalted has three daughters, and three most worthy nations have stepped forward to welcome then. Truly this is the will of heaven!

My daughter Tesseen is most excited at the offer from Imperator Cominus of Akilliam and has already dipped deep into the holy Treasury for clothing and gifts suitable for a wedding. We are a poor nation, but the Citadel of the Exalted is filled with ancient dresses bejewelled as the daughters of heaven itself might wear. The Cathedral at the Heart of the Citadel is being hung with banners of many centuries and the stain glass windows cleaned for the first time in fifty years. The Exalted Himself will officiate, if the Imperator agrees. Your security detachment will be welcomed as brothers by the Exalted's Guardians, who will be willing to guide and assist them at all times.

To the Chosen Lady of the Golden Silence - Sheena has accepted the offer of your son. She requests that the wedding take place on the soil of the nation she must enter as a queen. Hopefully you will accept the honour of arranging a wedding suitable on grandeur for her Holy Person.

Exalted, it would indeed be my honour to take personal responsibility for the marital arrangements on our soil.

I only ask that yourself and your daughter would honour this nation with your presence for a week prior to the wedding as there are certain traditions in our custom which require fulfillment. These include the showering and acceptance of the bride by the groom's comrades and the initiation ceremony to induct her into her duties as protector of chastity and dark apparition prior to the union.

We also request that Sheena and Neo undertake the quest of the thousand hearts, an age old search for true love in the meadows and lush greens of our nations. They will be accompanied by Neo's manservants and Sheena's new ladies, plus guides and protectors. This custom has been a part of tradition since before we can remember and any couple which has undertaken it has prospered and loved well.

As for the date of the marriage. It is our belief that unions made under the light of a full moon are granted protection and virtue. Therefore we request that the marriage be made at the next full moon (granted that there is at least a week prior to it for the arranged customs), if this is to your convience.

Further arrangements will proceed in our nation for this date, but only with your consent and approval. We also hope that you will undertake the father's traditional role in the ceremony details of which I will relay to in person should the other conditions be satisfactory.
