As the cause for freezing of assets and imposition of sanctions no longer exists, and as the state of hostilities between Attica and Canales have ended, the Emperor decrees the lifting of sanctions against the Attican Empire, the release of Attican assets.
Further, the Emperor has ordered the Foreign Minister to restore diplomatic relations.
All ban on travel to and from Attican Empire is hereby revoked by imperial decree.
All property owned by Atticans that has not been sold to help pay for reconstruction, is ordered returned to their Attican owners at once.

We welcome this move as being conducive to more peaceful relations in the world. We believe this will make the world more stable.

We call on the people of Canales to overthrow their oppressors and adopt a socialist government.
