Garrison II tonight would like to issue a condemnation of the nations Imperial Forces and Russian Forces for their imperialistic attacks on smaller nations and their interference in soverign rights of states. Garrison II also states that the Imperial/Russian Forces Governments oppress their own people, burdening them with huge militarys and starving their own people and putting them in gulags while their government proclaims that other nations have wronged the world, and critize them of slavery and imperialism. People of Russian Forces rise up and destroy your oppressors! Garrison II does not have diplomatic nations with these two nations and Dragonisa.

The Emperor has imposed sanctions and banned Canalesians from conducting trade or other businesses with either Imperial Forces or Russian Forces.
Further, as nonbelieving infidel states, all RF and IF financial assets located inside Canales banks have been frozen.
All RF and IF company owned properties inside Canales have been seized by the Canales military, sold, and given to the refugees from their oppressive regimes.
The Emperor welcomes all who flee persecution from the nonbeleiving infidels.

Due to fears of retaliation against Canalesians, through means of abduction and torture by the RF and IF governments, Canalesians are officially warned not to travel to these two nations.

RF is still a Whittier ally and Whittier questions the need for sanctions.
We ask Canales to remember that we helped them when they needed it, and for them free the assets of RF and IF and to lift the sanctions which unjustified.
