As of this day Hutu and 5 surrounding nations have united to form the North-East Asia Federation.
The nations are;
The Democratic States of Hutu
The United States of Upper Hutu
The Disputed Territories of Lower Hutu
The Holy Empire of Shimdah
The Republic of Isof
The Borderlands of Atkeld
The nations united agreeing upon the following Constitution.
The nations of Hutu, Upper Hutu, Lower Hutu, Shimdah, Isof, and Atkeld in order to form a perfect union for the better of their union have set the following rules for their Federation.
I. All Nations Equal.
A. No one nation shall at any time hold more power than the other.
B. No nation on its own has the right to declare war with any other nation, in or out of the federation.
II. Rule Shall Be Shared.
A. The rule of the Federation shall be headed by no less than 3 of the 6 nations.
B. One nation shall head the Executive branch as the President of that nation will represent the whole Federation. One nation shall house the Judical Branch, and one other shal house the Legislative branch.
C. Presidental elections will be once every 7 years allowing each nation to nominate a canidate. All nations will also hold elections of Senators ever 2 years, electing 10 total, yet only 2 senators will be up for reelection each year. The 7 members of the Supreme court( 1 from each nation and then the 7th member will be voted on by all nations) are appointed and serve for life.
III. Trade and Commerce.
A. Trade like peace and war is something that all nations must agree on for to be done.
B. No other nation has the right to put large tariffs on goods from other nations in the Federation.
C. The currency favored, but not yet demanded is the Dollar, we ask this is picked up on for easier trade.
IV. Domestics.
A. The National Animal is agreed to be the shrew.
B. All citizens in the Federation are equal.
C. Drugs of all sorts are legal in moderation.
D. Elections are required for offices atleast every 15 years.
