After over one hundred years of seperation, an agreement has finally been settled between the states of the Abodritan Islands, which calls for a Federation between the states for mutual protection and economy. The following has been set:
Paragraph I
Sektion A: National Currency
The Currency of the Abodritan Federation (Bundesabodritan) shall be the Federated Mark (Bundesmark), and will have a rough value of 1 to 1 USD.
Sektion B: National Bank
An organization known as the Federated Bank (Bundesbank) shall be founded, with branches in every major city.
Paragraph II
Sektion A: Politics
An elected representative, known as the Bundeskanzler, will be the chief of the entire state while he is in power. Elections will be every 6 years.
Sektion B: Foreign Policy
Once this document is signed, the Federated States will renounce all alliances with foreign nations, all wars with foreign nations, and all debts to foreign nations shall be put unto the National Bank for payment.
Paragraph III
Sektion A: Military
A temporary Militia force, known as the Federated Militia (Bundeslandwehr) shall be formed, consisting of 20,000 men, to make sure the union survives.
Sektion B: Foreign Conflics
Until 20 years have passed since this declaration is signed, neither the Kanzler nor any state participating in this Federation shall have the power to declare war on another state. The Federation will only use military power if attacked.
Sektion C: State Powers
The States (Bundeslands) shall not have the power to individually aquire or pay debt, create military, forge unions with other states, or enter itself into any form of conflict with another state.
