After the bloody civil war the army of the opressors country was reduced to almost nothing. But after tax incresements new material has been bought and 3 trainings centres are reopened.

All regiments are split up in platoons containing 50 men every platoon carries: 50x standard assault rifle, 50x handgun, 1x mortar, 1xrt-20 sniper, 1xstinger,1x grenade launcher, and 5 heavy machine guns.
This is the current status of The oppresors forces:
-El Akaris personal guard: 1st regiment: 500 elite urban warriors. All carrying xr-1 assault rifle with grenade laucher atached and the usual equipment.
-500 elite snipers all carrying rt-20.
-10000 elite guerilla warriors. with standard equipment.
-20000 conscript guerilla warriors. with standard equipment.

My army also contains:
50 chinook personel carriers.
100 apc's
100 cobra helicopters
50 apaches
5 light frigates
200 humvees

El akaris is still building an airfield and looking for some additional boats preferably an aircraft carrier. He is also looking for aircrafts but he wiil not buy these yet for he has his priorities set on the fleet.

all units are trained in guerilla warfare on every terrain.

The Empire of Akilliam will gladly arm you if you do two things: Accept Protectorate status of the Empire, and vow not to use these weapons in an offensive role against your own people, or others. However, if you accept Protectorate status, you will not need to worry about your own defense as the Empire will provide for your defense.

we will gladly recieve your offer and buy the carrier plus aircrafts. just one technical detail what kind of aircrafts can you suply???

The Empire uses FA-82 'Talon' Fighter/bombers on all aircraft carriers. Because of our fighting style, we do not typically employ true bombers on aircraft carriers. Now, since you have accept Protectorate status, we have more details to work out. I will telegram the details.
