Qaidam's Revolutionary Guard, relieved from the finished civil war, is ready to offer military advisors and as many arms as possible to all Communist movements around the world. At this point, the range of arms is limited to small-arms as our army is using completely captured armor and the only tank factory was destroyed by the retreating capitalist army. When one is completed, and our tank divisions refitted, we will be able to supply armor to our brothers and sisters in the rest of the world.
Naval support can not be given for some time because our navy is still engaged in a battle with a pirate force led by a capitalist admiral...
While praising the struggle of nationalist and democratic movements, and supporting them against imperialism and fascism respectively, we do not offer them military aid because they do not act directly in the interests of the working class and would use our tactics and arms against the workers.
We demand the infiltration+takeover of these bourgeois-nationalist movements by the Communists or, if this is impossible, the creation of an independent workers' party.
