As of now all UNSC abortion clinics have been closed down. Abortion doctors have been arrested and are charged with 1st degree murder. Mother who have had abortions are also charged with 1st degree murder. Mother who were caught on the site or were on the contact list have been arrested under charges of conspiring to murder.
An alternative has been given to unexpected mothers. Since they don't want their children our military will give them a home. We have given our drill segeants special training. The orphans will be given a military family, their only known family will be their unit.

Padmasa officially declares trade sanctions against the UNSC for such barbarism. We are disgusted to an extreme and find this laughable, further Padmasa has opened it's borders to fleeing "mothers" and doctors. Any persons who manage to reach the Padmasan transports located near the borders of the UNSC are officially under the protection of padmasa and any attmept to arrest, harm, come near, them will be considered no less than an act of war. Have a nice day.

We strongly condemn this action. While we recognize your need for fresh recruits for your SPARTAN-II program, cannot they be acquired without depriving women of the [false] belief that they have a choice? We support a woman's right to choose wether to let the baby live, or wether it will be turned into stem-cell research.

Having watched several of those fleeing be gunned down Padmasa has inacted the following:

- Border patrols of Padmasan men are now moving about picking up any who make it across before your own men drag them back
- The Gladiator Class Dreadnaught, Excellence, is now in geo-synch orbit over the UNSC watching the borders and monitering military movements
- Trade sanctions have been increased to a full embargo and our allies are being urged to take similar actions.
- All Padmasan tourists are fleeing The UNSC.
- 21 legions, including the Death's Hand Legion have been put on high alert and are ready to travel.

We urge the UNSC to re-consider it's actions and to allow Padmasan citizens to leave... Should Padmasan citizens be detained for any point of time more than 24 hours we will assume they are under torture and take action accordingly. Do not force a war to happen here, you have a chance to save millions, take it.

All UNSC citizens caught fleeing the borders have been detained in their own home and are under house arrest. UNSC troops are not mobilized and are urged not to take any actions. Law-enforcement does not execute those who run but stun them and bring them back. No citizen has been caught within 5 milies of UNSC land borders.

The conditions for the negotiations are as follows, and a counter proposal is expected.

- Each nation will have one ambassador, and 40 guards.
only two guards will be allowed per nation in the tent, pavilion, confrence room.
- The guards will not have powered armor or anything bigger than an SMG
- The host nation will have at least 100 guards at the site and the delegation of each nation will be kept far apart.
- No magi are to be allowed within 50 km of the negotiations

Abortion is really no different then taking a gun and blowing a babys head off. The end results are the same....

Except that you can use an aborted fetus for research to help already born humans.

But I don't object to his banning of abortion so much as I object to the harsh treatment of the doctors and mothers who chose to undergo the procedure.

The Forbidden Empire of the Monolith Builders supports it's friend and ally, Padmasa, 100%.

Should military action be forced. We shall come to Padmasa's aide.

The Monolithian Tango-Urilla class transport ship "Romulus" and it's brother ship "Remus" have been placed in geo-synchronis orbit next to the dreadnaught "Excellence" to house the UNSC refugees temporarily, also, to ferry supplies to the Padmasan troops stationed outside UNSC.

The 3rd Armoured Reconnaisance unit is aboard Remus and are awaiting a call from the Padmasan units on the ground for reinforcements.

I agree to the terms fully. However, as my nation is currently involved in a full scale foreign war (which we are trying to end with a cease fire) We won't have many crowds greeting your delegates, nor state tours. :(

However, we will have guards on call incase something happens.
(Don't worry, the war isn't being fought on CF soil)

We welcome Padmasa's delegates, and hope to welcome the UNSC's delegates.

ooc: I would like to get in on the negotiations if nobody cares. I think it would only be fair because not only are Padmasa and Convict in the same region but we both agree on this issue. Plus, UNSC has 4 nations on his side while Padmasa only has 1.

You should have the links to the thread to prove that this was the case or at least have someone be able to varify it. If they are simply puppets (nations controled by you originally or nations handed to you without RP) then you cannot use them in any conflict.

Of course, if you are just saying you have multiple planets then it just means your nation is more spread out and you don't have any real extra advantages from it. I think Padmasa has actually won wars in RP's that allows him to have multiple nations join him under his command...

OOC:I meant that Padmasa only had 1 ally. That ally was you Builders. UNSC has to my knowledge has 4 people on his side.(Bigmen,CentralFace,Setain,Chochezkoo).People I know I spelled your countries wrong but I was just going off of memory.Believe it or not Builders, some of my posts are kinda good but apparently not the ones in our region topic. :lol:

Thank you, and yes, I have. I currently have 3 states in the Padmasan Empire (excluding Padmasa itself). Two were taken in war though I created new nations to represent the land (as I cannot re-name a nation I had to create new versions) and one smaller "puppet" to represent the Illithid population in my Empire, though I do not use them when calculating my military and as such do not factor in during a war.

Heh. I started executing abortion doctors and mother who had abortions when I was created. No abortions have occured in the last 48 years and I aim to keep it that way.

OOC: So, your empire is spread across hundreds of planets and it's military center is a fortress world called Reach where your main shipyards are. Hmmm I wonder how long it would take for me to take out your base on earth. Or, as it is,the capital of your empire where all government is located, and is yet lightly defeneded because of pirates, and the need to put down rebellions on the outer planets?
