1.) You're not going to get any respect typing like you're retarded.
2.) Join another region for a while before making your own. Learn about how things work before going off on your own experiments. From my own experience, I can already tell that your idea isn't going to attract any nations, and if it did, it wouldn't be effective at all at governing them. Trust me.
