As Independence Day is brought to the small Republic of Ansteorra, their military central is rocked by explosions from unidentified helicopters above.

General Michael Richter was killed in the incident. Two of the three helicopters were shot down in the fighting, one slamming into the Ansteorra Border Guard barracks.

Thirty-five soldiers and two other leading politicians were killed in the combat. Civillian casualties are still unknown.

The President of Ansteorra was reported to have come on the news, denouncing the terrorist attacks and calling for international aid. Ansteorra is still on the waiting list to join the United Nations.

A mere minutes after the attacks on Ansteorra and the denouncing from President Dillon, a second set of attacks occured in the capitol of Sierra Nova.

Thirteen civillians are dead in the fighting. Border Guard elites killed the gunmen in a fierce fire-fight.

AH-64 assault helicopters are patrolling the sky, on watch for the terrorist threat. None of the invaders have been identified.

Meanwhile, five thousand Border Guard troops are tied up in elite training.

The wreckage of the two identified helicopters shot down remain unable to be identified. The make are UH-60 blackhawks equipped with missile launchers.

One hundred have been killed in the fighting against terrorists. Ansteorra's first day is a dark one, but the President vows to combat this force. The people rally in patriotic marches, as the economy of Ansteorra shifts for war.

We as a democratic nation and as a devout holder of our liberties and the freedoms that we have created, plan to pledge greatly to the cause against terrorism. We hope that Ansteorra will welcome us into their coaltion to combat the terroists, and that a new alliance may be formed between our great nations against this new foe.
